Order & Processing Policy:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.
Each item is handmade to order unless stated otherwise. Processing times vary for each item (Cardigan: 3-5 days, Hats: 1-2 days), before shipping.
Custom orders may require additional time; you’ll receive an estimated completion date once your order is confirmed. Please double-check your order details (size, color, address) before submitting — changes are not guaranteed once production begins
Shipping Policy:
We ship via USPS/UPS with tracking provided once your order ships. Standard shipping time is approximately 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or incorrect shipping addresses. Local pickup can be arranged, please contact us before placing your order.
Custom Orders Policy:
Custom crochet items are made to your specifications and are non-refundable. A deposit of 50% may be required for large or personalized orders. Progress updates or photos will be given upon request.
Care Instructions Policy:
To keep your crochet piece beautiful, hand wash gently in cold water and lay flat to dry unless noted otherwise. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
